RENTAL FEES: Our 2013 rental fees are the daily rates for our oceanfront condos sleeping from
2 to 12 people. The Balance of the rental fee (total due minus deposit) is due 30 days before occupancy.
The reservation will be cancelled if full payment is not received. Personal checks are acceptable if
received in time to clear before your occupancy, credit cards are not taken. Final room assignments are
made upon receipt of your payment and confirmations mailed approximately 3 weeks before occupancy,
this information is also faxed to our building management. The Salvia staff reports to the homeowners'
organization and is not engaged in commercial activities; therefore no payments may be made to our
staff in Mexico.
REFUNDS: A refund of 70% of the rental is granted if notification is given 45 days in advance of
occupancy. Holidays, where surcharges apply, and the "Spring Break" period are completely
CHECK IN/OUT: Normal check in time is 4:00 pm and check out is 12:00 noon. Special provisions can
often be made for early arrival and/or late departure at the discretion of the manager. Our staff will store
your baggage until your occupancy and/or departure.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT: A reservation deposit of $200 is required. The reservation will be cancelled
if the deposit is not received within 10 working days. The deposit is applied toward the rental with the
balance of the rental fee due within 30 days of occupancy. Receipts for the rental deposit are not
normally provided unless requested.
TRANSFERS: If you desire private round-trip transfers from the Airport to the Salvia (economical for
groups of 4 or more) please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements (provide your
itinerary, airline, arrival time and flight number).
